1. Booking & Payment

• Advance booking mandatory with full payment
• All prices exclude 18% GST
• Group size limits strictly enforced
• Payment confirms booking; no verbal reservations
 

2. Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations:
• 48+ hours: 90% refund
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund
 
Our Cancellations:
• Weather/safety: Full refund or reschedule
• Force majeure: Full refund
 

3. Health & Safety 

• Participants must disclose medical conditions
• Minimum age: 4 years (with adult supervision)
• Maximum age: 65 years (medical clearance if required)
• Basic fitness required; specific requirements per activity
• Under 18 requires parental consent
• Swimming/water activities at own risk 
 

4. Liability

• Company liability limited to the activity cost paid
• Participants join at their own risk
• No liability for personal belongings or injuries due to negligence
• Travel insurance strongly recommended
• Medical evacuation costs borne by participant
 

5. Conduct & Environment

• Follow guide instructions at all times
• No collection of natural items
• No littering or wildlife feeding
• Reef-safe sunscreen mandatory
• Disruptive/intoxicated participants refused service without refund
 

6. Weather & Natural Conditions 

• Activities subject to weather/tide conditions
• Wildlife sightings not guaranteed
• Guide decisions on route/safety are final
• Alternative activities offered when possible
 

7. Equipment & Requirements 

• Provided: Binoculars, safety equipment, and first aid
• Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and personal medications
• Personal items carried at own risk
 

8. Additional Terms

• Photography may be used for promotion (opt-out available)
• All disputes subject to Indian law, Port Blair jurisdiction
• Terms may change with a 30-day notice
• Emergency contacts provided at booking
